About Our Partnership

ANCF's mission is for people of all nations to encounter and be transformed by the God of all nations. This is why we are partnering with Community Refugee & Immigration Services (CRIS), an organization dedicated to serving refugees and immigrants who have left their country of origin and are resettling to central Ohio. This fall, CRIS anticipates a significant number of new arrivals from Africa, Afghanistan, Syria, and Central America. We have a special opportunity to demonstrate our heart for the nations by welcoming and supporting a new family during their first 4-6 months as they adjust and integrate into the central Ohio community. This looks like creating a welcome kit, preparing their apartment, welcoming the family at the airport, providing them a meal, and assisting them with transportation or budgeting, and learning how to get around the city. To get involved with ANCF's partnership with CRIS, we invite you to fill out this form.

Who is CRIS?

CRIS is an independent non-profit organization that serves the refugee and immigrant populations in Central Ohio. Among other things, CRIS is a refugee resettlement agency. As an affiliate of Church World Service, CRIS has a cooperative agreement with the Department of State to directly receive and place refugees in our community.

CRIS' mission is to help refugees and immigrants reach safety and stability, sustain self-sufficiency, and achieve successful integration into the Central Ohio community.
